Today, we have gathered here to celebrate Children’s Day, a day dedicated to the most precious and innocent souls of our nation — the children. Every year, Children’s Day is celebrated on 14th November, the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India. *He believes that every child is born with dreams and power to change the world. Children should be provided an opportunity to learn, dream to grow into good citizens with devotion and dedication. Pandit Nehru once said, “The children of today will make the India of tomorrow.” He believed that the way we bring up our children will determine the future of our country.
