most,devoted, dedicated, hard working and a learned teacher of France. He served the society and taught in the same school for about 40 years. He had specific regard for his own language and told upon the students about the importance of learning their own language.He had great love for his people and country.He had to leave the place for ever and felt heart broken. He felt sad but exercises self-control.M. Hamel was a true French man. Teaching at Alsace for forty years, he had become a part of its people. He was an honest teacher.( The Last Lesson) (by CLG)
